Returns are accepted for store credit (default) or a refund at the currently posted price if the following conditions are met:
- Item must be in saleable condition; unworn, unlaundered, with no perfume, pet hair, deodorant, etc. Items that are sent stained etc. will not be refunded.
- Tags, if any, must be attached.
- Returns must be mailed within 15 days of delivery.
- Please email me at AutumnOliveBoutique@gmail.com with tracking so that I know to expect your item.
- Item was not a Final Sale item (price ending in .99) at time of purchase, and was not purchased with a discount code.
- Bralettes, jewelry, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you no longer have the return mailing address, kindly email AutumnOliveBoutique@gmail.com and it will be provided to you.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper. Though not required, purchasing insurance and sharing tracking information is highly suggested. If a shipment is lost in the mail (unlikely, but it happens!) and there is no tracking information, I will not be able to refund or replace your items.
Please allow 3 business days after the return is delivered for the return to be processed.
Items will be refunded at the currently listed price.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size please email me at AutumnOliveBoutique@gmail.com, as quantities may be limited.
If you receive a damaged item, please email me at AutumnOliveBoutique@gmail.com right away & send a picture of the damage so I can share it with the manufacturer. I will refund or replace the item.
If you receive an incorrect item, please email me at AutumnOliveBoutique@gmail.com me and I will refund or replace it at no additional cost to you, and email you a return shipping label.
Items unacceptable for return due to condition, sales/discounts, etc. will be sent back. If you have any questions, please just ask!
